Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Odin Reach (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit odinreach.com, buy a product from us, or choose to contact us. We aim to collect only the information needed for clear, stated business purposes.

Information you choose to provide

When you complete the workflow-audit form, you may provide your name, work email, company name, an estimate of weekly workflow hours, and a description of the business process you want to improve. The website uses those details to prefill the external Calendly booking experience. The form does not independently save those details to an Odin Reach database before you continue to Calendly.

When you buy an AI Visibility Report, our payment provider Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, business name, business website, and trade, along with your payment details. We receive the order details. We do not receive or store your full card number. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and handled under Stripe’s privacy terms.

If you book a meeting, Calendly processes the information you submit according to its own privacy terms. Please avoid including confidential, sensitive, medical, financial, or regulated personal information in any free-text field.

Information about your business that we review

To prepare an AI Visibility Report, we review publicly available information about the business you name: your website, public business listings and reviews, and the answers AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google’s AI give to common customer questions. We do not need, and will never ask for, your passwords or account logins.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Tag Manager to support site measurement. Depending on the tags configured in that service, technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and IP-related information may be processed. Embedded YouTube videos may also receive technical information when you load or play them.

Meta Pixel. Some pages, including our AI Visibility Report pages, use the Meta Pixel. Meta and its partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on these pages to collect information about your visit and actions, such as viewing a page, starting checkout, or completing a purchase, together with technical information like your IP address and browser. We use this to measure our ads and to show ads to people who are more likely to find them useful. Meta may also use this information under its own terms, including to deliver ads on and off its platforms. Microsoft Clarity. Some pages, including our AI Visibility Report pages, use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the page. Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, and produces session replays and heatmaps that help us improve the page. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies, and the data is processed by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Payment details are never entered on our pages, so they are not part of these recordings.

How information is used

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information submitted for an order or a booking to send unrelated marketing unless you separately consent.

Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf or provide their own services, including Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, Meta for advertising measurement, Microsoft Clarity for site usage analytics, Google Tag Manager and related configured tools for measurement, Google Workspace for email, Vercel for hosting, and YouTube for embedded media. Their processing is also governed by their respective privacy policies and may occur outside your province or country, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

Retention and safeguards

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, our business and tax records, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and access rights

You can decline to provide optional information and contact us through another available channel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which limits the Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and similar technologies, although some features may not work as expected. You can also manage interest-based ads through your Meta ad preferences and the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada’s AdChoices program. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information associated with you, withdraw consent, or ask questions about how it is handled.

Children

This website and our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
