Privacy Policy
Effective July 15, 2026
This policy explains how Odin Reach (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit odinreach.com or choose to contact us. We aim to collect only the information needed for clear, stated business purposes.
Information you choose to provide
When you complete the workflow-audit form, you may provide your name, work email, company name, and a description of the business process you want to improve. The website uses those details to prefill the external Calendly booking experience. The form does not independently save those details to an Odin Reach database before you continue to Calendly.
If you book a meeting, Calendly processes the information you submit according to its own privacy terms. Please avoid including confidential, sensitive, medical, financial, or regulated personal information in the free-text field.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Tag Manager to support site measurement. Depending on the tags configured in that service, technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and IP-related information may be processed. Embedded YouTube videos may also receive technical information when you load or play them.
How information is used
- To arrange and prepare for requested conversations.
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
- To understand site performance and improve content and usability.
- To maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use information submitted for a booking to send unrelated marketing unless you separately consent.
Service providers
We may use service providers that process information on our behalf or provide their own services, including Calendly for scheduling, Google Tag Manager and related configured tools for measurement, Vercel for hosting, and YouTube for embedded media. Their processing is also governed by their respective privacy policies and may occur outside your province or country.
Retention and safeguards
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, our business records, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and access rights
You can decline to provide optional information and contact us through another available channel. Browser settings can limit cookies and similar technologies, although some third-party features may not work as expected. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information associated with you, or ask questions about how it is handled.
Children
This website and our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
Contact us
To make a privacy request or ask a privacy question, use the website contact form and write “Privacy request” in the workflow description. We may need to verify your identity before responding to an access or correction request.
